1.Review of the financial report for the very successful commemorative album and celebration held to mark the Association's first anniversary
2.Discussion of the common welfare and hospitality arrangements to be undertaken ahead of the Association's re-registration, which must be completed in the coming August
3.Discussion of the annual excursion gathering — proposed as a 3-day, 2-night programme — together with next year's assembly and new ideas and proposals coming from the membership
